2011 Finding My Passion

I earned my first certification in exercise science, diving deep into human physiology and biomechanics. This solid foundation shaped my approach to health and fitness—focused on safety, efficacy, and long-term sustainability.

2012 - 2014 Coaching Career Launch

I began one-on-one coaching at community gyms, helping clients overcome plateaus and fostering strong habits. During this time, I:
