01How fast can I build muscle?
Beginners can gain roughly 0.5–1 kg of lean mass a month. It slows as you get more experienced.
02Do I need supplements?
No. Protein powder and creatine can help, but food comes first.
03Will I get fat in a surplus?
We use a small, controlled surplus and adjust it weekly to keep fat gain low.
04Can I build muscle at home?
Yes, with adjustable dumbbells and progressive programming, though a gym makes it easier.
05How many days a week will I train?
Usually 4–6, depending on your schedule and recovery.
06I am vegetarian. Can I still gain muscle?
Absolutely. Your plan uses dairy, legumes, soy and other protein sources.
